Problem

Many electrical and electronic equipment found in hazardous industrial environments have local digital interfaces (ex. USB) but cannot interact with cloud management systems. The high cost makes their replacement uneconomical.

Solution

EX Bridge è un sistema embedded per il retrofit di apparecchiature elettroniche dotate di connessione USB e/o bluetooth che ne permette la connessione a internet e il controllo via cloud.
Il sistema è dotato di 2 porte USB 2.0 e supporta la connessione blue-tooth, Wi-fi ed ethernet; un’applicazione permette il discovery, la configurazione e la diagnostica del sistema in locale via smartphone in locale; diversi protocolli permettono la comunicazione con sistemi di gestione remota (API Rest, mqtt, etc.). I driver pre-installati permettono la connessione plug-n-play dei dispositivi supportati.
EX bridge è adatto per installazioni in ambiente EX zona 2 gas group IIB, temperature classe T4 e Class 1 Division 2 Group C,D, T4. Ha conseguito le certificazioni per installazione in EU, UK, USA/CAN nonché la certificazione IECEx.
